We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Materials incorrectly ordered will be excepted with restocking fee. Any returns received must be in "New" and resell-able condition. For refund or exchange to be accepted, all materials sent must be returned. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Any returns may be deemed unfit for return on arrive back to the warehouse. Return shipping labels are not  always provided.

All exchanges must be placed within 30 days of the original order. Exchanges may only proceed when products are received back to AllDoorParts.com. Return shipping labels are not provided and additional charges may apply with different priced items or reshipping. Discounted shipping rates may apply to product(s) being reshipped. Please call for all terms and conditions. AllDoorParts.com reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
